What payment methods does Mirelle Activewear accept?
Payments can be made via credit or debit cards via PayPal.
Is it safe to purchase online from mirelleactivewear.com?
Yes. Whether you are using your credit or debit card via PayPal  you can be assured your payment is secure. All card information is encrypted and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contactinfo@mirelleactivewear.com we can discuss an alternative method to place your order.

What size should I order?
We understand it can be hard to know what size to order so if you would like assistance with this please email us at info@mirelleactivewear.com and the Mirelle Activewear  team for help. Our girls know the stock inside out and will be able to help find your perfect fit.

Can I exchange an item I’ve purchased?
Yes. Simply email us at info@mirelleactivewear.com  quoting your order number and advise us of the item you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange it for (including style, colour, size).

We will then hold this item while we await the return of the original item. All exchanges should be returned to the above address.

Delivery Information

How much does UK delivery cost?
All orders over £90 have free delivery within the UK. For orders under £50, we charge £3.65 for standard delivery (5-7 working days) and £6.00 for next day delivery (Interlink Express next working day).
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, Mirelle Activewear delivers worldwide to Europe, Middle East, US, Canada, Asia, Australia & New Zealand using Royal Mail and we charge a flat rate on £10 for Europe and £15 for the rest of the world.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We are proud of the excellent quality of our brand and work hard to ensure all items sent out are in perfect condition. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@mirelleactivewear.com  to discuss this.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14 day refund policy on all orders. The 14 days is from the day you receive the item. Simply mark your invoice with ‘refund’ next to the item you are returning and send it back to us at the following address:
